I create SFW and NSFW illustrations. By requesting NSFW content, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

The client must provide clear and detailed character references to ensure accurate work (images, descriptions, colors, poses, etc.).

All my work is digital only — I do not ship physical products.

I work exclusively in my own art style. I will not accept requests to replicate another artist’s style or work, as it is disrespectful both to them and to me.

Because my style is simplified, I do not work on overly specific or highly complex scenes or situations, as they may not translate well to the final result.

I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable or violates these terms.

All communication will be conducted through the agreed platform (Twitter/X DMs, email, FurAffinity notes, etc.).

Payment must be made upfront and in full via PayPal (USD) or another agreed method.

Prices are non-negotiable, unless part of a special offer.

Commissions are non-refundable once the sketch has been approved by the client.

Full refunds will only be issued if work on the piece has not yet begun or if the waiting time exceeds 6 months.

If a refund is approved, I have up to 30 days to issue it, even if requested the day after the commission is accepted.

For payments under $150 USD, the PayPal processing fee will be added to the total amount.

Chargebacks and PayPal disputes are not accepted. If there is any issue or you wish to discuss a refund, you may contact me at any time, and I will gladly address any concerns.

I will provide sketch previews for approval before proceeding to lineart and coloring.

Major and minor changes are allowed only during the initial sketch stage and at no extra cost.

Changes requested after the piece is completed may require an additional fee.

If the client has other accounts or contact platforms such as Telegram, X (Twitter), FurAffinity, etc., they should be provided if they wish to be tagged or mentioned once the work is completed.

Delivery time varies depending on complexity and my current queue (generally 1 to 4 weeks).

Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee.

The commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed.

You may not resell, redistribute, or use the work for commercial purposes without my permission.

You may not modify the artwork, remove the watermark, or claim authorship.

I retain the right to post the work on my platforms (unless agreed otherwise beforehand).

Private commissions will have an additional fee, as each finished piece serves as promotional material for my pages.

The client may post the work on their own pages as long as credit is given to MoguGami.

If the character depicted in the artwork is sold or transferred to a new owner, the artwork will transfer to that new owner without the need to inform me, but they must be aware of and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please remember that I am not working exclusively on your commission — I have other clients and also a separate job that takes up a significant portion of my time.

It is normal for delivery to sometimes be delayed.

If more than 6 months pass without progress on your commission, we can discuss the reason for the delay and decide whether to proceed or arrange a refund, in accordance with the terms outlined in the Payment section.

Full-body: $80 USD

Background: +$15–$40 USD (depends on complexity)

Additional character: +70% of base price

Complex design/outfit: +$15 USD

Private/Secret commission: +$20 USD
